12/06/2023 – Thank you for sending Quan out to handle our Access Point Project. He’s done exceptionally well tackling any and every aspect of what was required here, including the difficulties that flared up regarding scheduling and lab access. We talked every day and although I eventually encouraged him to install any AP he could anywhere in the building regardless of that schedule, just keep it on the low and be smart, I think he was already in that mode trying to knock this project out. I think his partner was Loc and although I never spoke with him, he had to have been exceptional with his skills and attitude as well because I never heard any negatives regarding those two and they worked so fast together. I also need to mention Chris as well, who has done as fine a job as any person could in figuring out how to deal with that scheduling stuff while not blowing his top. He also made himself available anytime I reached out with any concerns or questions. So, thank you for sending such a professional team to handle our project. They are both valuable assets to your company and in saying that I’d like it if they become permanent representatives from Marathon for all of our cabling and infrastructure projects and needs. I know sometimes it’s impossible to send the same guys, but if you can, please do.
